Return & Refund Policy

At Sonic Balance™, we are committed to making every experience as smooth and fair as possible. Please review our policy below.

Digital Products: All digital product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are issued for digital downloads or digital content.

Physical Products: Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any processing fees.

Individual Sessions Cancellations made more than 12 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund, minus processing fees. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your session are subject to a late cancellation fee of 20% of the session price. The remaining 80% will be refunded to your original payment method, minus processing fees.

Session Bundles If one or more sessions in a bundle have been used, the full single-session rate will be applied to each completed session. The remaining bundle balance will be refunded, minus processing fees and any applicable late cancellation fees.
